Does food excite you? It excites us, too. Whether you want to be a head chef, a cook, or manage your own food business, our program is the perfect fit for you. Through live-action demonstrations, lectures, and immersive hands-on practice, students are provided with the solid foundational skills of classic and emerging culinary trends and techniques. Students will learn what it takes to run a kitchen, as well as the entrepreneurial side of running a business. You will be pushed, challenged, and above all else, supported by experienced faculty who are committed to your success. The two-year Culinary Management program has been designed to offer you a unique opportunity to apply the cutting-edge skills learned in labs and classes on a paid four-month co-op work term. Admission Requirements

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older with mature student status (See Mature Student definition for details.) Grade 12 compulsory English, C or U, or equivalent, OR Conestoga College Preparatory Communications (COMM1250) Grade 11 Mathematics, C, M (U/C), or U, or equivalent, OR Conestoga College Preparatory Mathematics (MATH1420)
