Program Description

Graduates acquire the education and skills needed to design and troubleshoot automated systems used in a variety of industries. Students train and explore in the world-class Integrated Manufacturing Centre (IMC) engaging with real-world controllers, operator touch screens, industrial networks, robotics and more. Fanuc logo.The Electromechanical Engineering Technology (EMTY) program at Durham College is also part of the industry-leading Fanuc Robotics Certified Education Training program, which provides students with the opportunity to earn the globally recognized Fanuc Robotics Handling Tool Operations and Programming Level-1 Certification directly within their course of study.
